Wholesale Pricing Agreement

Online Product Sales
This agreement is for retailers selling product in a physical retail space. If you'd like to sell Halfmoon products from an online store, let us know after we've approved your application and we'll send you a copy of our online pricing agreement.

Suggested Retail Pricing (SRP)
We all want to make a fair return on our sale of Halfmoon products. Please respect suggested retail prices for the Halfmoon products you sell.

Order Minimum
To qualify for Wholesale pricing, orders must be a minimum of $300 USD (before shipping and taxes).

Payment
Orders must be paid in full before we ship them. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Pricing
Occasionally we have to adjust our prices in response to changes in our costs. This may happen without notice.

Making Changes to an Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@mindfulcollective.co.

All orders that have been canceled before being processed/shipped will be refunded to your credit card after a few business days. We are not able to cancel an order after it has already been shipped. We are happy to refund your credit card once the order is returned back to us, excluding any shipping charges. Please see return policy for details.

Shipping 

Wholesale discounted pricing applies on orders over $300. Your first order will ship for free when the code UNIFIED is applied at checkout. All subsequent orders will be subject to shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

Returns/Exchanges
