Product Guarantee 


We are expert makers and curators supporting you and your customers in ‘living your yoga’. We guarantee our products to be of the highest quality and go through rigorous testing to ensure they will withstand the test of time. 


If you have questions about the quality of our products, please send images and your order number to hello@mindfulcollectice.co or speak with your sales representative and we will work with you to find a resolution. 


Returns & Exchange Restrictions


We accept returns and exchanges on most products purchased from Mindful Collective up to 30 days after you receive your order. Items must be in the original packaging, and additional shipping fees may apply. 


The following items are final sale: 

  • Any products removed from their original packaging
  • Sale Items 
  • Yoga Mats 
  • Joy-a-toes 
  • Hot and Cold Therapy Pillows 
  • Sleeping PIllows 
  • Eye Pillows
  • Acuball products
  • Silk Eye Masks 
  • Cork Massage Balls 

Care instructions for all of our products can be found on their product pages on our website. We are not able to accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered, or improperly used. Some examples include: 


  • Normal wear, scuffing, or discolouration that does not impact product performance (ie. crumbling or peeling where hands and feet move on mats)
  • Punctures or wear due to damage from outside elements or use for activities other than yoga (or similar fitness activities)
  • Creasing due to improper storage
  • Bolster covers that tear due to improper storage. 
  • Damage due to improper care, including use of harsh chemicals, machine washing/drying (where not advised by product care instructions)

If making a defective product claim, please send us images of the issue along with details on how the product is used and cared for to hello@mindfulcollective.co or your sales representative. A member of our team will review and get back to you as soon as possible to provide a resolution.
