COVID-19 Information & Implications

Our staff continue to work diligently to get your orders out to you as fast and safely as possible. Due to the global circumstance and the necessary measures taken to ensure everyone's safety, fulfillment and shipping timelines are extended.


Please read further for more information on what you can expect from us at Mindful Collective, and why our operations are being impacted as such. We thank you greatly for your continued loyalty to our brand and your patience with us during this time.


Extended Shipping and Order Fulfillment Times 

The safety of our customers, staff, and partners is our top priority. We are operating with a reduced manufacturing and distribution center team, and as a result shipping & delivery times may be extended. Please be patient with us as we will do everything we can to get you your order as safely and quickly as possible so that you can continue to live your yoga, wherever you are!

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email notification with tracking, and our hope is that orders will leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days from when your order is placed. Please note that for orders with a high quantity of soft goods (Bolsters, Zabutons, Meditation Cushions), additional time may be required to prepare these products for shipping.

Ordering FAQ:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our team is working hard to get your products ready to ship, but our main priority is the safety of our customers, teams, and community. We’re taking additional measures at our distribution centres inline with local, provincial and national directives, which may cause delays.

How can I cancel or change my order?

We are unable to edit or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. This includes making changes to the shipping address once the order is in transit. 

Once you receive your order, as long as it is still in the original packaging, you will be able to return it up to 30 days after you received the product. Reach out to us at with your order number and reason for return to get the process started. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.

Why is my tracking number not working?

Please note, many couriers are no longer guaranteeing specific delivery times, as they are processing a much higher volume of orders. If you received a tracking number and do not see information on the progress of your package this is completely normal, and for more information check out the courier's service guarantees page.

Can I expedite my order?

At this time we are not offering expediting shipments or prioritizing orders.

Can I return my order?

Check our  Returns Page for more information on the eligibility of your return. 

We are processing returns within 5-7 business days once your return reaches our warehouse. Any additional delays are due to the measures that our team is taking to ensure the safety of our customers, community, and team. If you haven’t heard back from us regarding your refund after 7 days, please send us an email at We’re here for you Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST.  

Distribution Center Precautions 

Strict precautionary social and sanitation measures are in place at all of our Distribution Centers such that our community can continue to enjoy our wellness products from home:


All staff are taking the necessary precautions and following guidelines from regional, provincial and national directives. Examples include: 

  • Mandatory Masks
  • Tools, equipment, work stations, and communal areas are cleaned regularly  while all high-use areas and equipment are cleaned daily
  • Social distancing and physically distanced work stations
  • All staff are washing and sanitizing hands regularly. Cleaning stations with hand sanitizer and sterilizing wipes are set up across our facilities.
  • We have imposed strict receiving guidelines for all vendors

 At this point, we have fully operational Distribution Centers in order to support YOU in living your yoga.  

Socially Distanced Business As Usual 

All from remote working environments, our Customer Satisfaction team remains active to support you with any questions. Our usual business hours are in effect 8am- 4pm EST, Monday - Friday. Email is the most effective and efficient means of reaching our team. We strive to get back to all customer inquiries in a 1-2 business day window although due to an influx of customer inquiries and questions during this time, we do ask you to be patient with our response time as these may vary.

Our Marketing and Sales team is working to provide at home wellness support to share with you and are also safely working from remote working environments at this time.
